Maria Fernanda Nazur is a Florida-licensed real estate broker and the owner of La Costa Homes Realty. She is a trusted market expert of South Floroida and the Florida Keys, known for her high level of service, strategic guidance, and strong professional network.

Maria brings a global perspective to real estate. She began her career as an account manager with The Miami Herald Media Company before transitioning into real estate through Keller Williams Realty. She holds a Master’s degree in International Real Estate and Development from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Language from Baruch College, New York.

Maria specializes in residential, luxury, and investment properties, helping families and investors make informed, long-term decisions. She is fluent in Spanish and works with a diverse clientele throughout South Florida.

She operates La Costa Homes Realty alongside her husband, Dariel, the firm’s in-house mortgage broker, offering clients a seamless real estate and financing experience. Maria is a wife, mother of two—Luna and Nicholas—and a lifelong learner who values integrity, excellence, and lasting relationships in both business and life.
